Brenda Chapman started her career as a story artist at Walt Disney Feature Animation in 1987, contributing to her favorite fairytales: The Little Mermaid, and Beauty and the Beast. She also worked on a few non-fairytales and was the story supervisor on the original The Lion King for which she won an Annie. Chapman then helped launch DreamWorks Animation Studios, where she co-directed The Prince of Egypt. In 2003, Chapman joined Pixar Animation Studios where she created, wrote and directed Brave, winning an Oscar, BAFTA and Golden Globe. Come Away, Chapman’s live-action debut, premiered at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival. Currently, Chapman is working on an animated feature script, a novel, a memoir and a children’s book and on various projects at ‘Twas Entertainment with her husband, Kevin Lima.

Michael Cawood is a British Animated Filmmaker based out of Los Angeles County. Having worked as an artist, supervisor and director in Animation for over 22 years he has credits including 'Happy Feet', 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes', 'Bumblebee', 'Pete's Dragon', 'Lady and the Tramp', 'Pirates 5', 'Night at the Museum 3', 'Furious 7', 'Starfox Adentures', 'Skylanders Giants', and 'Call of Duty'. He's lived in many cities around the world working for studios that include Dreamworks, Warner Brothers, MPC, Rare, Encore, Proof, The Mill, Third Floor, Animal Logic, Passion Pictures, Rooster Teeth, Psyop and many more. He's also built his own work from home solutions to recruit for, and direct, his short films 'Devils Angels & Dating' and 'The Wrong Rock', both winning numerous awards. Along with his partner, Julie Pifher, he creates original animated content for TV and Film while continuing to animate, storyboard and supervise in Film and TV.
